I found the location convenient , just a short walk to the main train station. The hotel provided complimentary snacks in the common areas , I thought that was a really nice touch. The staff was attentive and friendly , they were always ready to help with any questions I had.
The room was quite small , I felt a bit cramped. I found that the bed was not very comfortable at all. The shower was also pretty small , it made it a bit difficult to move around in.

i was happy to find apples on every floor. i also noticed snacks available in the main lobby. the train theme throughout the hotel added a unique and playful touch, which i found quite whimsical.

The location was quite convenient to explore the city. It was near several public transport stations. The staff were helpful and friendly . always willing to assist with directions and information.
The mini fridge did not keep items very cold. I asked about it , but no action was taken. The bathroom sink tap had hot water only , with no cold option. The hotel provided an electric kettle plus two coffee cups, but there was no coffee provided.

Location is great near train station. Staff provided free bag storage on arrival. I saw free apples in common areas. The interior decoration is classical.
